What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, company); the requests, quotes, questions, and reviews you post; documents you upload such as licenses, certificates of insurance, W-9s, and quote files; and, when you accept our terms or confirm a quote, the date and time, your network address, and your browser. We also record page views on our website to understand how it is used.
Who sees it
Vendors matched to a request see the request details and, after they accept, the property address and site contact. Property managers see the identity, quotes, reviews, and documents of vendors that bid on their own requests. Vendors never see other vendors. Our staff can see everything needed to operate the service. We share data with the providers that run the service for us (hosting, email delivery, payments) and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Requests, quotes, award records, and acceptance records are kept for at least seven years, which supports Florida community-association record requirements and lets us enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account; we keep records we need for legal or financial reasons.
